Recommended Oral Hygiene Protocol

Morning (after Breakfast)
  1. Rinse initially for 30 seconds with Salt Water/Peppermint Oil Brine (antimicrobial solution: see recipe in the Articles section)
  2. Brush with Natural Toothpaste (very small amount)
  3. Rinse well
  4. Swish with Tooth and Gum Tonic (1 tsp) for a full minute
  5. If your gums are bleeding you can also wet finger with 1.5% hydrogen peroxide  (Buy 3% Hydrogen peroxide and mix with equal parts of distilled water and store in a tightly covered ‘dark’ bottle)
  6. DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IN ANY AREAS THAT THERE ARE MERCURY FILLINGS PRESENT!!
  7. Optional: Dip wet finger in Torrens Powder (see recipe in the Articles section)
  8. Pat onto gums – do not eat or rinse for 1 hour
 
After Supper
  1. Brush with Natural Toothpaste
  2. Rinse well
  3. Swish with Tooth and Gum Tonic (1 tsp) for a full minute
 
Before Bed
  1. Floss (be careful not to injure gums by snapping floss or pushing hard under the gums)
  2. Brush with Natural Toothpaste (very small amount)
  3. Rinse well
  4. Swish with Tooth and Gum Tonic (1 tsp) for a full minute or Salt Water/Peppermint Oil Brine (antimicrobial solution)
